So Matt & I have been talking about where to have the wedding/reception and we hadn't really settled on anything (which of course holds up all other plans because if you don't know where you don't know when or what you have to work with and it all spirals down from there).
Anyway I had lunch with a good friend from the TCPI days and she told me that she & her husband had gotten married on top of a mountain at Jim Thorpe cuz they're both really into mt. biking. And she suggested we do something that was "us" like an art gallery or theater or something. So I was thinking of art galleries in the area and remembered that I had always wanted to host a party at the planetarium in Reading. They do rent out for parties (at a fairly inexpensive rate) and if you've ever been there - its a pretty cool place to visit. So that is for now the tentative plan. We're going next weekend to the Reading Museum for Matt's friend Mark May's opening so I figure we'll check it out together. It's getting exciting to actually be making finalized plans! |

I need to get out of PA - its SO cold here and there's almost no heat in my bedroom. I've had whatever plague is going around my office all weekend and am feeling a little miserable on top of the cold. Well at least I have to work until 9:30 tonight... |

I've been working on wedding plans lately and it seems like every time we talk about it the whole deal gets bigger and bigger. We just went over the guest list and it jumped from like 75 of our closest friends and necessary relatives to over 250 people. All of a sudden Elvis's all night chapel is looking better & better. I've never been to Vegas... |
